I was disappointed with how little there was to choose from. The book selection was tiny, and I couldn’t find anything I was actually interested in. If a place is going to advertise itself as having books available, they should make sure there’s a decent variety or at least be upfront about how limited the selection is.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but I have to admit it showed up faster than I thought it would. Can’t really complain about that.

I ordered online and went to pick it up in store, it should’ve been way smoother. The whole point of ordering ahead is to avoid standing around, but I still had to wait because they were busy and apparently nobody bothered to have my order ready at the counter. The staff was nice enough, so I’m not blaming them personally, but the store clearly needs a better system. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. I’d maybe use it again if I was nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way...

I liked the cozy feel of the shop, and it had a nice vibe overall. The only downside was that the shelves felt crowded, which made it a little hard to browse comfortably. It seems like a preventable issue if things were spaced out or organized a bit better

I was just trying to buy a book, but the checkout process was bad. It kept glitching and wouldn’t accept my card, so I had to type in my info twice. Then the whole page froze on me. I ended up giving up and ordering it from another site. Annoying experience overall.

Shipping was fine, I guess, but when the books got here, one wasn’t the one I ordered and another was a different edition than expected. Customer service did get back to me, though it took a little while. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of annoying having to sort it out.

I’ll be honest, the parking situation really threw off the whole visit for me. I drove around longer than I expected and couldn’t find anything close or easy, and at a certain point I just didn’t feel like stressing myself out over a quick stop.

The staff recommendations were spot on and made it really easy to try something new. It has that small-shop feel where you can tell they actually know and care about books. I think other customers would appreciate how helpful and personal the experience feels. I’d definitely use them again.

I popped in on a whim i’m glad I did. It’s a really nice local bookstore, and I’m always happy to support places like this. My order did take a bit longer than I expected, but the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made it easy to not mind too much

The text was clear and big enough to read on my phone, which I really appreciated. I’m used to sites making everything tiny like they’re hiding clues in the fine print, but this one didn’t make me zoom in every two seconds.

Checkout was simple too, with no flashy distractions or confusing steps popping up like a trap. Overall, it felt smooth and normal, which almost makes me suspicious these days, but in a good way.

I had a really nice time checking out the local events. The vibe was fun, and the staff were really friendly too.
